What are the features of an Airbus A320 and Boeing 737?

Airbus, Boeing

Airbus A320 (above):
- It usually has split wingtips. As you can see at the wingtips a part extends above and below the end of the wing. However, new models have started to be fitted with more conventional winglets (only a few planes so far, but this number will increase).
-It has the usual Airbus cockpit windscreen: The first window looks like a square with one corner cut out.
-The nose sticks out a bit more from underneath the cockpit windows. The ‘upward slope’ of the nose is almost ‘complete’ before reaching the cockpit.

Boeing 737 (above):
-The bottom of the tail fin is ‘extended’ part way along the length of the fuselage.
-Has standard, upwards bending winglets.
-It has the usual Boeing cockpit windscreen: The bottom edge of the first window is sharply slanted upwards.
-The nose is more pointy, and the ‘upward slope’ of the nose ‘intersects’ the cockpit.
-On some 737 aircraft models, but not all, the engine nacelle is ‘flattened’ at the bottom for ground clearance (see image below)
